For help with PicWay, start with the FAQ and the step-by-step guides below. To reach us, open Settings in PicWay and tap Send feedback to email us. The email includes the app version, iOS version, and an anonymous ID, but no photos, file names, or locations.

In PicWay, open Settings and tap **Send feedback** to email us. The email includes the app version, iOS version, and an anonymous ID to help us find the problem. It doesn’t include photos, file names, or locations.

PicWay has no server that receives your photos, so we can’t see your library. If a photo is part of the problem, tell us what you see instead.
