PicWay is an iPhone photo organizer. What we want to do fits in one line: it’s not about clearing out junk, it’s about looking again at the days you’ve lived. If you have a question or an idea, tap Send feedback in the app's settings to email us.

## About PicWay: why we made it {#why-we-made-it}

We don’t think of the photos on your phone as junk to clear out. Each one deserves another look. Keep what you love, and set the rest aside.

So PicWay brings your past photos back a set at a time, then helps you tidy them group by group. This is the first rule in our copy guidelines: it’s not about clearing out junk, it’s about looking again at the days you’ve lived.

## The rules we keep {#rules-we-keep}

- **Photos only on your phone**: browsing, analyzing, compressing, organizing, and deleting all happen on this device. Photos, videos, and their contents aren’t uploaded. See the [privacy page](https://picway.app/privacy/).
- **No accounts, no ads**: PicWay has no accounts, ads, or behavior tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
- **No scare tactics**: confidence comes from things you can undo, not from scary copy. Photos you don’t want get [set aside](https://picway.app/faq/#what-is-set-aside), where they stay in your library and you can put them back anytime. When you really want to delete, you review them first, then iOS asks you to confirm.

## How to reach us {#contact}

In PicWay, tap the gear at the top right of the **Memories** tab, then tap **Send feedback** to email us. The email includes the app version, iOS version, and an anonymous ID to help us find the problem. It doesn’t include photos, file names, or locations.
